Purchases
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Shop → Store and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account as when you bought. Still missing? E-mail us with your order number.
Can I buy things by accident?
No: every purchase shows its price and asks first, and nothing can be bought mid-run.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds: Apple: Report a Problem or Google Play refunds. Stuck? We'll help.
Ads and data
How do I turn ads off?
Shop → Store → “Offer optional ads”. No Ads also removes the ads between runs.
How do I delete my data?
It lives only on your device. Use Settings → Reset progress or uninstall. We keep no copy on a server.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
There is no cloud save, so no. Purchases come back with Restore Purchases.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Only buying, restoring and reward ads need the internet.

What happens to my e-mail?
We only use it to answer you. No mailing lists. We delete it on request.
